I wanted to walk up to the shops not far from us, but it was way to windy to walk outside today.  So, I decided this was a good day to get some cleaning done that was a little overdue.  We were so busy around the holidays, which also includes our wedding anniversary and my hubby's birthday, some of the periodic cleaning I usually do once or twice a month needed to be done.  First though, we had to get the Christmas tree decorations taken off the tree and packed away.  Then, we had to break down our artificial tree and put in the big box for storage until next year.  After that, I did some of the cleaning like cleaning out the fridge, cleaning the floors, and going through Rachel's clothes and taking out the items that don't fit her anymore.  There were some other minor projects I got done too, now I am pretty well caught up on all that "fun stuff".  Hopefully tomorrow the weather will be better so I can go stroll to the shops with Rachel.
